A seemingly effortless bar experience designed to keep things stress free, elevated, and curated to your event needs. Includes your choice of two custom curated Signature beverages including cocktails, mocktails, or dirty sodas.

Includes:

All services include up to 25 miles of travel within the Seattle area (50 miles roundtrip).

Each additional mile will be charged at $2 per mile.

All base packages include:

  • Additional hour of service-$100

  • Hydration Station-$40

    -Infused Hydration Station-$70

  • Bartender Only Service (Includes one MAST Certified & Insured Bartender + any necessary tools)- $75 per hour - $300 minimum (per bartender)

    -Mobile bar rental-$250 (Up to four hours of use) (Individual rental only available with bartender services)

Booking and Paying for Services:

All bookings require a 50% retainer of the total cost of your requested services. This is non-refundable. The rest of your payment can either be split up or payed all in one sum. However any remaining balance towards your total cost is due 30 days before your event date.

Cancellation Policy:

All events canceled within 45 days of their scheduled date will receive a refund of their second/final payment towards their booking. However, regardless of cancellation date, the initial retainer is non-refundable. We are more than happy to reschedule events if needed, we understand that life happens.

An added service charge of 15% will be added to all booked events to cover costs such as General & Liquor Liability insurance, travel expenses, supplies, equipment, and time taken outside of & during the event for planning, shopping, Labor, etc.

Due to Washington State law, we DO NOT sell or purchase alcohol ourselves for booked client events. The Client will have to purchase the alcohol for their event. The client will also have to obtain a Washington state banquet permit for their event. we will take care of everything else listed in the services above.

    We offer full service packages that cover all the details that are most important to ensuring a smooth flowing bar service at your event.

    We also offer full service packages with everything listed under packages and no mobile bar, for those who already have a full bar setup for us to work from.

  • If you are hosting your private event in a public space and will be serving alcohol, then the answer is yes.

    Many venues require a banquet permit as well. The process for obtaining the banquet permit is made to be very simple and done fully online. It is a one time charge of $25, and will need to be printed so we can keep a copy at our bar during service.

  • We are based out of Seattle, WA but able to travel to nearly anywhere in Washington state.

    (Travel beyond 50 miles roundtrip may incur additional fees)
