All services include up to 25 miles of travel within the Seattle area. Each additional mile will be charged at $2 per mile.

All base packages include:

  • Travel up to 25 miles from Downtown Seattle (50 miles round trip)

Service Enhancements

Booking and Paying for Services:

All bookings require a 50% deposit/retainer of the total cost of your requested services. This is non-refundable. The rest of your payment can either be split up or payed all in one sum. However any remaining balance towards your total cost is due 30 days before your event date.

Cancellation Policy:

All events canceled within 45 days of their scheduled date will receive a refund of their second/final payment towards their booking. However, regardless of cancellation date, the initial deposit is non-refundable. We are more than happy to reschedule events if needed, we understand that life happens.

An added service charge of 15% will be added to all booked events to cover costs such as General & Liquor Liability insurance, travel expenses, supplies, equipment, and time taken outside of & during the event for planning, shopping, Labor, etc.

Due to Washington State law, we DO NOT sell or purchase alcohol ourselves for booked client events. The Client will have to purchase the alcohol for their event. The client will also have to obtain a Washington state banquet permit for their event. we will take care of everything else listed in the services above.

    We also offer full service packages with everything listed under packages and no mobile bar, for those who already have a full bar setup for us to work from.
